Shipping and Return Policy

What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, due to health reasons all sales on eye and lip products are final! There will be NO returns or exchanges under any circumstances. UNUSED bags/apparel can be returned 15 calendar days after shipped. These returns are subject to inspection before a refund can be issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer regardless of the reason for return. 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3 business days (weekends not included) for processing. Shipping takes 3-5 days with USPS First Class Mail and bags are shipped priority mail. At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours after placing your order, please reach out to our support team at sasha@emblembeauty.com. Be sure to include your order number for reference.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

At Emblem Beauty, we take pride in making sure we track all of our shipped packages. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once a tracking number has been issued out. However, we are willing to help resolve any issues. Please contact our support team at sasha@emblembeauty.com. Be sure to include your order number for reference.

I want my package sent to a PO Box. Is that possible?

Emblem Beauty can ship to a P.O. Box.
